With a PhD in Statistics and a Masters in Computer Science, Dr Genevieve Hayes understands the theory behind AI and analytics, but she also understands what it takes to apply that theory to the business world. 

She has worked in technical and leadership roles across the Government, Financial and Education sectors, where she has developed and implemented practical data-driven solutions to a wide range of business problems.

By focussing on effective communication, and making technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences, Genevieve has successfully delivered practical advice to all levels of management, up to CEO and Board level. 

Genevieve is also an experienced educator and has applied this practical approach to training the next generation of data professionals, through her work as a lecturer at two of Australia’s highest-ranked universities.
